Book Yucatán’s Shuttle Service is a free service to connect customers with a collective of professional private drivers. The drivers are based in Mérida, Chuburná Puerto, Chelem and Progreso, Yucatán, Mexico. Together we serve the entire Yucatán Peninsula.
Each driver is an independent operator of their own business. However, our goal is the same: To make it easy for customers to find and book a ride to their destinations.
Book Yucatán was created to make your life easy and your stay enjoyable, whether it’s one week, one year or one decade. We continue to look for the most recommended drivers to join us to ensure you get to where you are going easily, safely and comfortably.
How it works
Book Yucatán does not make money from the drivers. It is a free community service, created and maintained by a retired IT professional. If the customer chooses to pay by credit card there is a small handling fee to cover the cost of card processing. If they pay the driver with cash there are no extra fees.
Enter the address where you want the driver to pick you up and where you want the driver to take you. The website calculates the rest based on the information provided by the drivers and notifies the driver of your reservation request. You can also make reservations for pre-configured tours.
If you want to make a booking online, you need to register for an account. This will give you easy access to view and manage your reservations, contact information and trip history. It also enables easy booking for future reservations.
